General Information:
  • The academic year at Artopolis Academy runs from September to June, in accordance with the calendar published on the school website.
  • We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment where every child can learn, grow, create, and discover their unique abilities.

Child Safety:
  • The safety and wellbeing of children are our highest priorities.
  • All staff members working with children hold a valid Enhanced DBS Check in accordance with UK legal requirements.
  • During school hours, there is always a member of staff on site who is trained in First Aid.
  • We follow Safeguarding principles and take all necessary measures to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child.

Class Organisation:
  • Classes are conducted in a group format.
  • The number of children in each group is determined by the course programme and the age of the students.
  • The duration of classes is set according to the schedule of the chosen programme.
  • We kindly ask you to inform the administration in a timely manner about any changes to your contact details, address, email, phone number, or the individuals authorised to collect your child.

Tuition Fees:
  • To secure your child’s place in the group, we kindly ask that payment is made before the start of the relevant academic period.
  • Tuition fees are paid according to the terms of the selected programme and the deadlines established by the school.

Class Attendance:
  • We kindly ask parents to bring children on time so that classes can begin calmly and smoothly for all participants.
  • If your child is unable to attend a class, please inform the school administration in advance.
  • If a class is cancelled at the school’s initiative, we will always provide an alternative solution.

Child Health:
  • To protect the health and wellbeing of all children and staff, we kindly ask that you do not bring your child to classes if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or any signs of an infectious illness.
  • We would appreciate it if you inform the administration about any medical conditions, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect your child’s participation in classes.

Respectful and Supportive Environment:
  • We strive to maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, kindness, and cooperation between children, parents, and school staff.
  • Bullying, aggressive behaviour, discrimination, offensive language, or any actions that may cause discomfort to other participants are not in line with the values of our school.
  • If necessary, the school administration may take appropriate measures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all children.

Photography and Video Recording:
  • During classes and school events, photos and videos may be taken to share memorable moments of school life with parents through the school’s private groups and messaging platforms. We respect and value matters of privacy and confidentiality.
  • The publication of photographs or video materials featuring a child on the school website, social media, promotional materials, or any other public platforms is only carried out with prior parental consent.

Communication with Parents:
  • For all organisational matters, please contact the school administration.
  • We are always happy to discuss your child’s progress, answer your questions, and work together to find the best solution in any situation.

Student Progress:
  • The school regularly monitors students’ progress and aims to support each child throughout their educational journey.
  • Upon completion of specific programmes, levels, or the academic year, students may receive certificates, awards, and diplomas recognising their achievements and progress.

Force Majeure Circumstances:
In the event of circumstances beyond the school’s control, including venue closure, accidents, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure situations, the school may make changes to the format of classes or offer an alternative solution.

Changes to the Rules:
As the school and educational programmes continue to develop, certain provisions of these rules may be updated.
The current version of the rules is always available on the official Artopolis Academy website.
