Interest clubs allow students to explore their chosen subject in greater depth, expand their knowledge, and develop practical skills.

• In our core programme, creative activities, music, and projects support the development of Russian language skills and foster a genuine interest in the language. In our clubs, the chosen subject becomes a stand-alone area of in-depth study.

Terms of Payment and School Policies

Academic Year

The academic year at Artopolis Academy consists of 33 teaching weeks, divided into three terms of 11 weeks each. This structure ensures steady progress throughout the year and allows us to monitor each student's development effectively.

Fees and Deposit

Tuition fees are payable before the start of each term and will automatically renew unless notice is given.
Students are automatically enrolled for the following term.

Upon enrolment, a refundable deposit of £100 is required. The deposit is held for the entire duration of the student's enrolment at Artopolis Academy.

What's Included in the Tuition Fee

The tuition fee includes:

Attendance at all classes within the chosen programme.
All classroom learning materials.
Arts, crafts, and project materials used during lessons.

The tuition fee does not include:

Workbooks and textbooks (where required).
Costumes and props for concerts, performances, or special events.
Optional external trips or activities organised by the Academy.

Continuing Enrolment

A student's place is automatically reserved for the following term.
If you do not wish to continue, written notice must be provided at least two weeks before the end of the current term.
Provided the required notice is given, the £100 deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

To cancel enrollment, written notice must be provided at least 2 weeks before the end of the current term. In this case, the £100 deposit is refunded.

If no written notice is received, the place remains reserved, the deposit is forfeited, and the upcoming term remains fully payable.

Missed Classes

Tuition fees are charged for the educational programme as a whole rather than for individual lessons.
Classes missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
If a class is cancelled by Artopolis Academy, the Academy will provide a replacement lesson or an appropriate alternative arrangement.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the Academy's reasonable control, including force majeure, emergencies, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, Artopolis Academy reserves the right to modify the timetable or the method of delivering classes, while making every reasonable effort to ensure the continuation of the educational programme.
